Want To Find Out What Others Think of You?

Want To Find Out What Others Think of You?

One of the easiest ways to find out what others think of you is to ask. A simple How Are We Doing? provides you with the valuable information you need to make any adjustments. On your web site, or via email, create a quick poll (1 to 3 questions) or a survey. Allow customers to enter their thoughts anonymously. From this feedback, you can guage if you're meeting their needs, providing a valuable service or the correct pricing model, or if you're doing a great job. Most people may hem-and-haw if you ask them in person, but they'll be honest if given a discreet opportunity. Be sure to offer something (discount, coupon, freebie, drawing, etc.) for their time and effort.
