Peeve of the Week: Verizon

This has actually been peeving me for one full year, I say as I approach the first anniversary of buying my Verizon Blackberry.  Here’s what happened…at the time of the purchase I asked if it was possible to receive one bill. The salesperson enthusiastically told me that it was no problem. All I had to do was call the number he gave me and request “One Bill.” 

Well it’s one year later, and it’s been a year not only of waiting for “one bill,” but also one spent tirelessly calling trying to get an answer. Now I can’t even get a call back. I’m afraid they may have even given up on themselves. 

Frankly, I do not know how they stay in business. It’s beyond annoying. It’s mind-numbing.
